Technology overview
Blockchain integration
As Imaginus navigates through its Proof of Concept (POC) phase, we are meticulously exploring a range of possibilities and strategizing on how to optimally utilize various APIs and protocols to enrich our platform. At the forefront of our technological framework is our commitment to the Astar Network, which we have chosen as our foundational protocol. Astar distinguishes itself with its highly customizable, cross-blockchain solutions, making it an exemplary choice for fostering Web3 adoption. It ingeniously merges the scalability of Ethereum Layer 2 with the versatility of Substrate, EVM, WASM, and zkEVM technologies, presenting a potent, secure, and interoperable framework for next-generation Web3 applications.
NFT utility
To complement our NFT-centric approach, we are keen on integrating cutting-edge APIs such as Dew and Rarible, aiming to offer unparalleled asset management and seamless integration capabilities. These tools are instrumental in managing digital assets efficiently, ensuring a robust and user-friendly environment for our users. Furthermore, to augment our market presence and facilitate liquidity, we intend to utilize LHava for market making, demonstrating our proactive approach to establishing a vibrant economic ecosystem within Imaginus.
In pursuit of expanding the reach and liquidity of our in-game assets, forming strategic collaborations with various NFT marketplaces stands as a pivotal aspect of our strategy. This approach is geared towards enhancing the visibility and tradability of the unique digital collectibles and assets within our game. The Astar Network's rich and diverse ecosystem offers a plethora of options to support these endeavors, making it an ideal ally in our quest to redefine the gaming experience. This synergy between Astar's innovative solutions and Imaginus's unique requirements is poised to set new benchmarks in the integration of blockchain technology within the gaming industry.
Web2 <- -> Web3
In our game, we've made things super simple for everyone, whether you're used to newer web3 stuff or prefer the classic web2 way of playing games. We added a special switch that lets you choose how you want to play. If you like things straightforward, just like most online games, stick with the web2 mode. This way, you don't have to worry about any of the complex blockchain stuff and can just focus on enjoying the game. But if you're curious about using cool features like owning unique game items for real and having NFTs, you can switch to web3 mode anytime.
